1. The project will provide free maintenance service for one year from the date of online acceptance;

2. If the problem cannot be solved by remote or telephone, the company will arrange technicians to start immediately and arrive at the project site in the shortest time.

3. After the project acceptance, at least one service personnel shall be dispatched to the user's site to accompany the production for 10 days (natural days) to ensure the stable operation of the system.

4. The post-sales service time of software is 7 * 24 hours, and the troubleshooting time is within 2 hours.
