Allwin Software Architecture
The system architecture is designed and controlled by layers. Each layer is relatively independent. The lower layer does not depend on the upper layer. When the upper layer system fails, the lower layer system can still operate independently.
System interaction layer : responsible for interacting with third-party systems such as ERP, including basic data such as materials, stock-in/stock-out related documents, and inventory related information.
Management layer : responsible for the warehouse location management, inbound and outbound management, outbound and inbound strategy calculation, query report analysis, inventory analysis, system maintenance, fault analysis and other work of the warehouse system, to achieve information interaction and job release with the server.
Scheduling layer : responsible for receiving, forwarding and coordinating the inbound and outbound instructions of the WMS system, completing the decomposition, queuing and issuance of the operation instructions, controlling the execution agencies of each department of the logistics equipment, tracking and processing the real-time collection and animation tracking of various information of the control system.
Executive layer : the executive agencies of each link coordinate work, implement and track, and complete the tasks specified in WCS operation instructions in turn.
