WCS is a management and control system between WMS system and PLC system. On the one hand, it interacts with the WMS system, accepts the instructions of the WMS system, and sends them to the PLC system, thus driving the equipment to perform corresponding mechanical actions. On the other hand, it reflects the status and data of PLC system on the interface in real time, and provides manual debugging interface for PLC system and production line.

The WCS system coordinates the operation of various logistics equipment, such as conveyors, stackers, shuttle cars, robots, automatic guided vehicles and other logistics equipment. It optimizes and decomposes tasks and analyzes the execution path through task engine and message engine, provides execution guarantee and optimization for the scheduling instructions of the upper system, and realizes the integration, unified scheduling and monitoring of various equipment system interfaces.
